There is no better way to immerse in Chinese culture than as an outbound youth exchange student -- or as a host family for an inbound youth exchange student.
People who have spent time as a youth exchange student will tell you it was one of the most enriching and memorable experiences of their lives. Exchange students learn a new way of living, a great deal about themselves, and maybe even a new language. These youth also become ambassadors, teaching people about their country, culture, and ideas. In the process they bring the world closer and make good friends along the way.
CSCCI endorses the Rotary Youth Exchange program - run by Rotary International since 1927 - as perhaps the best, most structured and most cost effective international exchange program available to youth and their host families today. Rotary Youth Exchanges take place across over 150 countries throughout the world including China, Taiwan, Hong Kong & Singapore.
